In addition to creating memories together, studies have linked being outdoors and in nature to boosting moods and energy levels.

If your sweetheart has been busy training for their next big event, they’re probably due for a massage. Alternatively, you could get a couples massage and share the experience. Or…. why not get some hands-on time (literally!) and offer one yourself. 😉

That’s how I met my sweetheart so I might be a bit bias. 😉 Many community centers in Richmond offer classes at varying times throughout the day, check with your local community center or cycling studio for class availability. These classes will get your hearts racing and leave you with a sweaty post workout glow.
