From my first visit to True Conditioning, I knew I had found something special. This isn’t just a gym or workout studio this is a community of like minded individuals setting goals and crushing them. Since enjoying Prenatal Yoga I was interested in trying Mom and Baby Yoga. Postnatal yoga is a great way for me to squeeze in stretching.
