GLBC Guest BloggerI have been employed with The Great Little Box Company (GLBC) for over 10 years.  In addition to my full-time roll I am also GLBC’s resident fitness guru, providing personal training, corporate boot camps, and  tough mudder training sessions.

Insights after a blogging break…..absence makes the heart grow fonder…..Or Not

Blogging BreakI took a blogging break this past month, and jetted off to Europe for some Fitness, Family, and Fun, European style.  A month spent removed from the “Everyday” routine, exploring and making memories with my family provided some much needed perspective and clarity.
