These color-able valentines put in goodie bags…PLUS you can staple on the FREE printable bag toppers! Bonus instead of candy or a treat you are giving out a fun activity for them to do.
Celebrating Valentine’s Day with your toddler doesn’t have to be tricky or complicated. In fact, I have a DIY Valentine here for you that take less than 5 minuets! 5 minutes.. you can handle that, right?
A few quick notes on these Easy Valentine’s Gifts:
A few things that make cutting out and folding the printable super easy is using a paper cutter and a scoring board the paper to make the fold neat.
last year I chose a Valentines themed snack bag, This year I am moving to a Ziploc Compostalbe bags for to be more environmentally freindly.
I would recommend using any card stock paper, the thicker the better. But if you’re like me and doing this the night before, you gotta get creative and use what you have around the house. You could print them on regular thin printer paper and glue them onto colored construction paper to make them more sturdy and durable.
If you’re including candy, punch a hole at the top corner of each card and attach to candy with a ribbon or twine.
Supplies:
Box of crayons (I did 2 crayons per child)
Cardstock
Printer
Scissors or paper cutter
Stapler and staples
