Steveston Scarecrow Crawl

Steveston Scarecrow CrawlThroughout the month of October, Steveston Village in Richmond is taken over by scarecrows, This year marks the 7th Annual Steveston Scarecrow Crawl, and our 2nd year.

You will find “one-of-kind” scarecrows lurking outside of many of the store fronts and restaurants. This has become an annual tradition for my son and I.  A perfect tribute to autumn, and a fun build up to Halloween. We look forward to seeking out the fun and creative scarecrows around every corner.  Each Scarecrow is cleverly themed to reflect the personalities of each shop, and created by the merchants of Steveston.   These scarecrows are also perfect for a family photo, or selfie!

In (Part 2) we are going to review five classes at True Conditioning a TRX qualified group fitness, and personal training studio in Richmond, B.C. 

From my first visit to True Conditioning, I knew I had found something special. This isn’t just a gym or workout studio this is a community of like minded individuals setting goals and crushing them. The vibe of the studio including the upbeat yellow walls, “Sweat Once a Day” decal and the posted goals, create a space where the positive energy is palpable.
