St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Smoothie

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the occasion with a  healthy green Shamrock Smoothie!

Making copycat drinks at home not only saves money, but saves your waistline as well! You control exactly what goes into the recipe and you can avoid all those unwanted extra calories, fat, and sugar. This Shamrock Smoothie is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day and will save you and your wallet a trip to the store, and your kids will love it too!



 Directions

  1. Add ice, Bolthouse Farms- Green Goodness smoothie, and yogurt to your blender and mix well.
  2. Pour into a tall glass
  3. Top with whipped cream and/or sprinkles if you so choose.

    That Bolthouse Farms – Greengoodness smoothie along with the other simple ingredients sounds and looks like it would be an amazing substitute! I’m diabetic and really should not go that far over (fast food St. Pats Shake) in calories.
