The Essential Ouchie Roller

Sigh, life with toddlers, my little guys always seems to be getting hurt….or is it just  little ones in general?? That being said it makes perfect sense that one of my first dōTERRA essential oil potions would be an Ouchie roller.

As a Mum of a very active toddler I wouldn’t be without lavender and tea tree (melaleuca) essential oils. These oils are great  for grazes, cuts, bites, rashes, ear and eye troubles, and generally any skin issues. I make up a roller bottle with these two oils and Fractionated Coconut oil.  I take it everywhere with me for whenever a situation arises. With a toddler they generally always arise. 😉

Staying on Track During the Holidays

Staying on Track during the holidaysWhatever you are celebrating this December, the holidays are a time to unwind, relax and celebrated holiday traditions.  All of this unwinding, relaxing, and holiday tradition seems to create and endless to-do-list and a multitude of social event.

The holidays are supposed to be a time where you enjoy comfort foods. You tend to relax a bit more than usual and share happiness with your loved ones.  Except… you are usually filled with guilt and shame about what you ate  and your lack of exercise.

2018 Boundary Bay Half Marathon- Race Review

La2018 Boundary Bay Race reviewst Sunday Adrian and I participated in our first Try Events Boundary Bay Half Marathon.   We chose this run over the RUNVAN.®  Fall  Classic because of the location,  we  wanted  to try something new.

In addition to the location, we chose this run because THERE ARE NO HILLS.  After this summer’s extended European vacation our training time was compressed so we wanted to make it easier on ourselves.
