I am so excited to walk you through the new 2019 dōTERRA products that launched at convention last month. Let’s start with the essential oils, get into the supplements and then round it out with 2 new beauty products.
dōTERRA Black Spruce
One of my favourite things about this oil, other than loving tree oils is its sourcing story. This essential is sourced in Quebec, in a closed-loop distillation process resulting in net-zero waste.
Distilled from the needles and branches of the Picea mariana tree. Black Spruce essential oil is high in bornyl acetate, a chemical component that promotes relaxation and calmness.
dōTERRA Celery Seed
This might be one of most powerful essential oils they launched this year. It has the possibility of supporting several systems throughout the body. From our esophagus to our digestive system, to our immune system, and our urinary tract.
Soothing digestive issues is one of the many benefits of Celery Seed essential oil.* The oil creates a calming, relaxing, and positive environment while providing cooling and soothing effects.

dōTERRA Citronella
Given that Citronella can support in deterring pests. making it a perfect companion for camping, hiking, and trips to the great outdoors. I am looking forward to testing it out in my shampoo to see if it helps brighten blonde highlights. Which is a tip that’s been making the rounds on social media.
When inhaled, Citronella can help to promote happy, positive feelings. Applied topically, it can be soothing to the skin and scalp.
dōTERRA Lemon Eucalyptus
If you are already a user of the TerraShield (bug spray) you will recognize the lemon eucalyptu. This oil is amazing from a pest control standpoint.
Lemon Eucalyptus is high in cleansing citronellal and citronellol, making this essential oil ideal for surface and skin cleansing. In addition, research suggests that Lemon Eucalyptus may provide antioxidant support when applied topically. Keep Lemon Eucalyptus on hand when in need of a revitalizing boost.
ADAPTIV Calming Blend
I have been hearing tons of great this about this blend, and cannot wait to try it myself. The oil blend contains Wild Orange, Lavender, Copaiba, Spearmint, Magnolia, Rosemary, Neroli, and Sweetgum.

I’m excited to add these to my skincare routine. The Body Renewal Serum contains avocado oil, jojoba, sunflower, grape and argan kernel oils in addition to Roman Chamomile, Yuzu, Peppermint, and Cananga essential oils.
