2019 BMO Half Marathon- Race Recap
This past Sunday I completed my 4th BMO half-marathon. Voted Vancouver’s best, the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon is an extremely fast course. From start to finish this race is top rate, taking you through different neighborhoods on your journey to the Finish Line.

2019 St. Patricks Day 5km- Race Recap
Last Saturday March 16, 2019 I participated 3rd BMO St. Patrick’s Day 5km as part of The Great Little Box Companies Corporate team. This is the perfect event if you like like running/ walking , having fun…..Oh, and Beer! Read on for my race recap.
High profile sponsors like BMO, Running Room, Saucony, and Granville Island Brewing helped to make this race a top-notch event. A team from the Stanley Park Ecological Society held a bag check by donation, which I understand was well managed with reasonable lines.
Race communication and directions were clear and concise. With limited parking and road closures participants were encouraged to take public transportation, or park outside the park.
2018 Boundary Bay Half Marathon- Race Review
Last Sunday Adrian and I participated in our first Try Events Boundary Bay Half Marathon. We chose this run over the RUNVAN.® Fall Classic because of the location, we wanted to try something new.
In addition to the location, we chose this run because THERE ARE NO HILLS. After this summer’s extended European vacation our training time was compressed so we wanted to make it easier on ourselves.

2018 Granville Island Turkey Trot
If you’ve been following along on social media then you know that Sweets and I participated in the Granville Island Turkey Trot, last weekend. This run has all my favorite “F” words….its a Family Friendly, Fun 10K run/walk hosted by RUNVAN.®
Its a beautiful 10KM course that starts at Granville Island and loops over the Burrard Bridge to the north side Seawall before turning at Science World and heading back along the south side Seawall, finishing at Performance Works on Granville Island.
