What Is a Wellness Lifestyle?

WellnessThere is no disputing the importance of exercises, nutrition, and a little R&R when it comes to health and wellness.  These are all key factors in a “Healthy Lifestyle,” the key word here being LIFESTYLE.

But there is a next step in health and wellness that doesn’t get nearly enough attention- “HealthCARE.”  This can be achieved through a proactive approach to medical care, informed self-care, and reduce exposure to synthetics.  In this post I am going to review the steps I have been taking, and the new ones I am implementing as part of my Wellness Lifestyle.

Essential OIls

DIY Dry Shampoo

I have been using doTERRA essential oils for several months as part of my health and wellness plan.  And I am working towards slowly reducing synthetic exposure while taking more informed approach to my self-care.

I started by using essential oils in a diffuser & a few drops in my sons baths.  From there I started brewing up roller ball recipes for all sorts of common ailments.  Today I want to share with you my experience with one of my first projects-  DIY Dry Shampoo.
